The Cathedral Forum is Trinity’s principal adult education gathering each Sunday morning, bringing together clergy, parishioners, and guest speakers for engaging presentations and discussions. Each series invites us to think more deeply about the Christian faith and its implications for the life of the Church and the world. This Fall will feature three series: “Artificial Intelligence and the Christian Life,” “Cathedral Life: Topics in Mission and Ministry,” and “The Bible in English: 500 Years Later.” To learn more, contact the Rev. The Inquirers’ Class: Your Faith, Your Life by Jennifer Gamber

Our Inquirers’ Class is a welcoming introduction to the Episcopal Church for newcomers and a refresher for longtime Episcopalians. Together, we’ll explore the beliefs, worship, history, and practices of the Episcopal Church, while getting to know one another in a relaxed setting. Annual Cathedral History Lecture: The Story of our Properties

As part of Trinity’s annual birthday celebration, join the Diocesan Historiographer, Canon Michael McNeely, for this year’s history lecture exploring the remarkable story of the Cathedral’s many properties beyond the church building itself. From homes and parish buildings to other sites that have shaped our common life over the years, discover the people, places, and memorable stories that have helped make Trinity Cathedral what it is today. Whether you’re a lifelong parishioner or new to the Cathedral, you’ll gain a deeper appreciation for the rich history of our parish and the generations who have stewarded its ministry. The Trinity Book Club

Join us each Wednesday evening as we read and discuss classic and contemporary books that deepen our understanding of the Christian life. Our conversations are thoughtful, welcoming, and open to anyone who enjoys reading alongside others. This fall, we’ll read A Wrinkle in Time by Madeleine L’Engle, Discipleship by Dietrich Bonhoeffer, When Helping Hurts by Steve Corbett and Brian Fikkert, and Learning to Walk in the Dark by Barbara Brown Taylor. Walking the Mourner’s Path

Walking the Mourner’s Path is an 8-week grief group for anyone who has suffered a significant loss and would like to process it in a group setting. The purpose is to transform grief into joyful living by offering the outstretched hand of Christ during bereavement. Walking the Mourner’s Path is not group therapy, but is spiritually directed. Through the eight-week program, complete with a workbook, mourners learn ways in which they may honor their loved ones, seek spiritual direction, and discover God’s promise of comfort in community.
The fee is $80 for the program, and the group will be limited to 10 participants. Scholarships are available. This fall’s group will be co-facilitated by the Rev. The Catechumenate
Sundays in Lent and Easter, 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm (beginning February 14, 2027)

The “Catechumenate” (an ancient Greek word for “instruction”) is an annual, several-week-long process by which adults who desire a deeper life in Christ prepare for Holy Baptism (full initiation into the Church), Confirmation (for those who are baptized), Reaffirmation (for those who are baptized and confirmed but desire to reaffirm their faith), or Reception (for those who were baptized in another denomination of the Church but desire to be received into the Episcopal Church). This small-group gathers weekly through Lent and Easter to share an evening meal, to pray together, and to study the Christian faith and life. The Catechumenate begins on Sunday, February 14 and the Cathedral will celebrate Holy Baptism, Confirmation, Reaffirmation, and Reception on Sunday, May 2. Daughters of the King (DOK)
DOK is an international spiritual sisterhood of women dedicated to a life of prayer, service, and evangelism within the Episcopal Church. SAGEing Group

As part of our ministry with seniors, our SAGEing Group is open to all who are 60+ years of age. This small group offers a safe, respectful place to explore and share what is deeply meaningful for our journey from aging to SAGEing. This is a time of learning, growth, and reflection. We seek a focus on the spiritual journey of aging, and we redefine “aging” as we explore our inner wisdom, share our life stories and insights, learn from traditional and contemporary thinkers, and wrestle with our questions. The Dean’s Bible Challenge
Beginning in January
Have you ever wanted to read the entire Bible but weren’t sure where to begin? Looking for a New Year’s resolution for 2027? Join Dean Andrea in a year-long journey through Scripture together. From January through December, participants will follow the Bible Challenge reading plan and gather weekly by Zoom with Dean Andrea to reflect on the week’s readings, ask questions, and encourage one another along the way. Whether you’ve never read the Bible from beginning to end or have done so many times before, this is a great opportunity to immerse yourself more deeply in God’s Word alongside your Cathedral community.
Parish Retreat at Camp Mitchell
Friday, January 15 – Sunday, January 17, 2027
All are invited to join us for our annual Parish Retreat at Camp Mitchell, the Diocese of Arkansas’ camp and conference center, over Martin Luther King, Jr. weekend. Parish Retreat is a chance for Trinity to get away together at one of Arkansas’ most beautiful locations. The weekend begins with dinner on Friday evening and ends with worship on Sunday morning. Throughout the weekend, there will be spiritual formation opportunities for all ages, led by the Very Rev. Andrea McMillin and Emma Mitchell, as well as many opportunities to rest, relax, and recharge in fellowship with one another.
Registration fees includes five meals in Camp Mitchell’s Keller Dining Hall: Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, Saturday lunch, Saturday dinner, and Sunday breakfast.
