A Rite I spoken service with no music.

Holy Communion in Modern English
A Rite II service with hymns and music, including anthems by the full choir and choral scholars, with Prelude and Postlude, spoken psalms, tower bells, Sanctus bells at the Prayer of Consecration, and occasional handbells (no incense).
Sundays at 4:00 p.m.
4:00 p.m. - 4:45 p.m.
Evensong begins with an organ prelude, which provides time and atmosphere for contemplation. Immediately following Evensong, social time featuring British tea and other light refreshments will be held in either the Garth or Morrison Hall. A brief liturgy of Holy Communion will also be offered in the chapel after Evensong, especially for those who did not have the opportunity to receive Communion earlier in the day.
Wednesdays at 5:15pm
5:15 p.m. - 5:45 p.m.
Holy Eucharist with unction and laying on of hands in the Cathedral.
9:00 a.m. (Monday - Friday)
A simple service that greets the day with scripture reading and prayers. Held in Pierce Chapel.
