  • Living the Questions will meet in Baker Parlor. Dr. Robert Johnston  will lead a discussion. This week's topic is "The 10 Commandments of Jesus in the Gospel of Thomas" Attendees are invited but not required to participate. It is usually lively. Bring in your brunch.
  • The Bible Challenge meets in the Conference Room at 10:15 a.m. All are welcome to join!

Children's Formation meets at 10:10 a.m. for all ages.  It's never too late to join.  You can find more on Children's Formation here.

EYC: We are back at Botsford House on Sunday from 5-7!  We will walk the labyrinth and learn about this different way of praying - and have some fun, too!  Bring your hammocks and your friends!

Walking the Mourner’s Path

This is an 8-week grief group for anyone who has suffered a significant loss and would like to process it in a group setting.

Walking the Mourner’s Path is a Christ-centered bereavement support program for those who have faced death and suffered the l, it is distinct from many other programs in that it is Christ-centered, scriptural and spiritually based. Through the 8-week program, mourners learn ways in which they may honor their loved ones, seek spiritual direction and discover God’s promise of comfort in community.

The class will be held on Thursday nights 6:00 – 8:00 pm, April 14 through June 2 at St. Mark’s Episcopal Church and the fee is $80. Scholarships are available. Facilitators are Joanna Seibert, Susan Lyon, and Anita Gwatney.

Bible Women Class on Thursdays during Lent

Thursdays in Lent , join Peggy Cromwell as we look at the women who figured prominently in the later stages of Jesus' life and ministry on earth: Martha of Bethany, Mary of Bethany, Mary Magdalene, Pilate's Wife, and collectively the three women present at the Crucifixion (Mary Magdalene, Mary the mother of James, and Salome the mother of the Sons of Zebedee). Excerpts from Bible Women All Their Words and Why They Matter by Lindsey Hardin Freeman will get the discussion started.  Thursday at Noon in the Conference Room throughout Lent.  Feel free to bring your lunch.

We encourage you to subscribe to the Society of Saint John the Evangilist daily email meditations surrounding their Lenten series, Growing a Rule of Life.  You can subscribe at ssje.org/growrule.  Each Sunday, the sermon will touch on these meditations and the theme of growing.

Wednesdays in Lent begin on February 17. 

5:15pm Healing Eucharist in the Cathedral. 

5:30-6:30 dinner in Morrison Hall. 

6:30 – 8:00 classes will meet.
