Gourmet Prepared Foods
Scott Johnson Catering—Chef Scott, Quinci and Chef Chris—are happy to offer gourmet prepared foods starting Monday, January 23.
Meals will be available for pick-up Monday through Friday from 3:30 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Culinary Classes
Starting February 7, Chef Chris Brewer, Certified Nutritionist, will be offering health-conscious cooking and dietary knowledge classes.
The classes will be held the first three Tuesdays of each month from 6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. in Morrison Hall. They will tackle the science behind sugars, carbs and fats.
This three-class course is $100 per person.
