SUNDAY BRUNCH! Please join us in welcoming visitors and newcomers to Trinity with a special brunch on Sunday in Morrison Hall at 10:10. Grab a plate, introduce yourself to someone new, and enjoy one of our many formation offerings!

- The Bible Challenge meets at 10:15 in the conference room. This weeks discussions will be about: Nehemiah 1- Ester 3, Psalm 137-142, and 1 corinthians 12 - 2 Corinthians 1. All are welcome and you need not have read prior weeks to attend and participate.

EYC: EYC CONVOCATION EVENT is Sunday from 3-5 at St. Mark’s! Trinity youth bring desserts! We will grill and play slip’n’slide kickball!
Independence Day Celebration at St. Margaret's!

Thursday June 30th, 6 p.m., at St. Margaret's, Little Rock
St. Margaret’s will host our annual celebration of Independence Day with a festive Holy Eucharist at 6 p.m. on Thursday, June 30th. The guest homilist will be Sophia Said, the Program Director for the Interfaith Center of St. Margaret’s. Mrs. Said works as a strategic planner and community organizer to bring people of different faiths together toward a better understanding of each other. She is the founder of the Multi-Faith Youth Group of Little Rock, and a graduate of the Clinton School of Public Service.
Following the service, the Men's Group will be serving hot dogs and hamburgers outside on the grounds. There will be games and fun activities for all to enjoy. There will also be a parade... so decorate your bikes, wagons, golf carts, etc., and bring them out for the occasion! Seating will be limited for the picnic, so please bring your lawn chairs.

Religion in Modern and Postmodern American Literature

Wednesdays at 6:30 in the Conference Room!
Join us as we discuss how religion permeates the selected short stories in Modern and Postmodern American Literature. Each week, we will examine the motivations of characters, the setting, the machinations of the plot, as well as the implied meaning by the author through a lens of our own religious experiences and perspectives. Trinity Episcopal Cathedral Announces New Director of Music

LITTLE ROCK, Arkansas (May 20, 2016) – Mrs. Victoria Harden has been named Director of Music at Trinity Episcopal Cathedral. Victoria has served as Interim Director since January. After a nationwide search process, Victoria has been named the permanent Director of Music.
Victoria Mathis Harden began studying piano at age 8 and organ at the age of 14, taking lessons from Fletcher Trotter at First Methodist Church, Camden, AR. Two years later she began her organ studies at Henderson State University with Robert Ellis where she continued until 1972 when she received her Bachelor of Music degree, graduating magna cum laude with a concentration in organ performance. Harden then attended North Texas State University and Memphis State University to earn a Masters of Music in organ performance and a Masters of Art in musicology. During these years she served as organist-choirmaster at St. John’s Episcopal Church, Camden, Westminster Presbyterian Church, Hot Springs and associate organist at St. Michael’s and All Angels Episcopal Church, Dallas. Organ positions in Memphis included Barth house Episcopal Chaplaincy, Christ Church Episcopal, and guest organist at St. Mary’s Episcopal Cathedral.
